Cadenia Intelligence is the analytics and automation suite of Cadenia, part of the same group as BlueCMR. It is contracted as an add-on module and works with the data your eCMRs, consignment notes and delivery notes already record: dashboards and KPIs, automatic periodic reports and automated processes, with or without AI.

Every week or every month, in each manager's inbox, without anyone preparing them by hand.

When something goes out of the ordinary, such as more refusals than usual or incidents repeating on a route, you find out in time.
Process automation
Every incident, reservation or signed delivery sets off what needs to happen: an alert to whoever has to resolve it, or a task in your systems.
With or without AI
Fixed rules for what is always done the same way, and artificial intelligence for what needs judgement.
Process optimisation
Where time is lost or problems repeat, such as waiting times, refusals or incidents, and what to change to fix it.
The data
The data is already in your documents
Cadenia Intelligence works with what is recorded when each document is issued, signed and closed in BlueCMR, with date, time and author. There is nothing to install and nothing extra to type.
When issued
Parties, origin and destination, goods, weight, packages, number plates, references and planned dates.
At loading
The carrier's signature, with any reservations about the goods and, if enabled, the arrival and departure times.
On the road
Incidents with their type, severity and photos, changes of number plate or driver, transhipments, transfers and changes of destination.
At delivery
The consignee's signature (accepted, with reservations or refused) with the reason, and the pallets and packaging exchanged.
Documents handed to you by other companies and kept in your Archive count too.

Before you start
Do I have to change anything in my operations?
No. The data comes from the documents you already issue and sign in BlueCMR. Only on-time delivery and waiting times require the planned date and the arrival and departure times.
Do documents from other companies count?
Yes, those kept in your BlueCMR Archive, from which AI already extracts the shipper, the carrier, the route, the dates and the references.
Can I take the data to my own analysis tool?
Yes. Besides the dashboards and reports, you can export your documents from BlueCMR or query them through the API.
Can I contract it if I do not use BlueCMR yet?
As a BlueCMR module, it works with the documents issued and signed on the platform. If you do not use it yet, start with a demonstration.
